Christmas Parade

The City of New Haven hosted our 4th Annual Christmas Parade/Santa Claus Visit on Sunday, December 2 at 4:00.  The theme was "Christmas Dreams Come True".  We had 16 Floats register to enter the Parade, but due to Bad Weather we only had 7 Floats show up.  Even though the weather was very windy and cold, we still had a very nice parade and crowd.  Some of the floats wound up with Wind Damage, but managed to make it to the end of the Parade.

Santa Claus visited the children at City Hall immediately following the Parade.  Santa handed out over 175 gifts to the kiddos!!  After telling Santa what they wanted for Christmas, the kids snacked on refreshments.  Pictures were taken with Santa with the profits benefitting Relay For Life.

The City of New Haven would like to Thank all of the Sponsors of the Event, the participants in the parade and everyone who came out and supported the Christmas Festivities.  Once again, the Christmas Activities were a Success!!!  Thank you so much!!!
